Architectural Transparency: Design your home the way you want it. You can bring your own architect to the design board, or choose to work with an architect from our side. The entire construction team, will be decided under the guidance of the architect contracted by you. Material Transparency: All material cost will be provided to you with competitive comparison and will be ordered only used upon approval from your side. We will keep a log of the actual usage and payments will be made in a phased manner.
Detailed Project Plans and Timelines
We will make detailed project time-lines, and schedules which will be readily available to view to all stakeholders. Any changes to the timeline will be communicated promptly.
Best Project Management Practice
There will be clear Communication Channels to provide you with frequent updates on the project. We will keep you up to date on all stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, and teams) and regarding the project's progress, milestones, and challenges. This can be done through emails, meetings, live viewing and/or project management software. Our client representatives will be available to answer questions, provide feedback, and address concerns.
Budget Transparency
All breakdown of costs will provide project's costs, including labour, materials, equipment, and other expenses. This allows stakeholders to understand where the money is going.
Regular Financial Reporting
We will share financial reports periodically, showing the actual expenditures versus budgeted amounts. Keeping clients informed about costs helps prevent budget overruns and surprises.
Use of Project Management Software (under construction)
Our in-house project software will share everything from design plans, to updates, schedules, and budgets with the customer. This will help clients understand the next assigned tasks, track the progress and ensure transparency regarding the whole project.
Transparent Quality Control and Inspection
Regular inspection for e.g. from the structural engineer, or reg water proofing and quality reports will be shared with clients.
